DORVAL AVIATION does not guarantee any reservation made by a customer and cannot be held responsible for damages caused or costs incurred by the cancellation of a flight.

Any cancellation by the customer less than 24h prior notice will result in the customer being charged 80$. Any cancellation less than 1h before the flight or a no-show will be charged 100$.

All services, items or fees purchased are non-refundable.
